The study is called the "Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension and Overweight in Overweight/Obese Individuals in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2001–2002 (NHANES)" and has been released by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (JAMA).
